Kimberly Malloy is a licensed Marriage, Family & Child Therapist with the state of Nevada and has her own private practice. She currently serves as the CIO (Chief Inspirational Officer) for the Relational Wellness Institute. Kimberly has extensive experience in corporate training and development. She loves being able to help individuals, businesses, couples, families and adolescents clarify their vision, see their value and help them grow, both personally and professionally.

Kimberly’s conferences on Positive Conflict and Interpersonal Communication Skills have consistently received high marks from corporations and individuals alike. She is a licensed presenter for the Color Code Personality & Character Profile. She has consulted for a variety of arenas including the military, legal, medical and banking fields.

In honor of her sister Starr, Kimberly co-founded Starr Ministry, a women’s ministry dedicated to bringing the message of hope and healing to women. She has been a highly-requested women’s retreat speaker both in her hometown of Las Vegas and nationally. Kimberly has also spoken internationally in Eastern Europe and Central America.

Kimberly founded and hosts monthly Businesswomen for Christ luncheons where women from all over Las Vegas are invited to network, fellowship and share their passions. She was a women’s talk show co-host on A View From Above. She also has served in several leadership positions, both in her profession and the community, and iscurrently a member of the Advisory Board at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.

Kimberly and her husband of 32 years, Monty, have three wonderful daughters, as well as two grandsons and a granddaughter.
